How We Shortlist
All applications we receive are reviewed by the hiring manager and a member of our leadership team. Those who meet our criteria for the role are then shortlisted for an initial screening call.
The Screening Call
Interviews will be held remotely, through Zoom. The initial screening call is an opportunity for us to get to know you a bit better and understand what drives you. We won’t be asking much about your technical ability on this call. That will come at the next stage.
Depending on the role you’ve applied for, you may be given a task to undertake throughout the interview process. If this is the case for you, we’ll email you details of the task an hour before the interview begins so that you have ample time to think it through. The purpose here is not to catch you out, but to understand how you work and process feedback.
The Final Interview
The final interview is an opportunity for the interviewer and the candidate to discuss feedback and gather additional details in any areas of uncertainty.
