Stall on take off
So, this question originates from a fear of flying that has developed within recent years (on top of a love of flying)
The first minutes after take off are terrifying for me. Turbulence, landing, cruising, nothing else moves anything in me. I really don't care. But the angle of ascend makes me very nervous. As soon as the flight has been going for a few minutes I start to calm down.
I'm not sure where this fear originates from, but I believe my fear is that the pain will stall by taking off in a too steep angle.
95% of the time I fly typical short-haul flights in B737 and A320s.
Does anybody have any insight - outside of statistics - that might calm these nerves?
