Hi! I am not a pilot (my late brother was a 737-200 pilot at Varig) but I'm fascinantes by the subject. My question relatos to rádio Communications between pilots and airport controllers. I have enormous difficulty figuring out what is said. Seems like really bad English to me. It would be great to ser a video on this topic on your channel. Thanks!

Understand your frustration Roland - me too. There are several Youtube channels you can listen to in order to become familiar with the lingo.

And then for giggles there is Kennedy Steve. Steve is a retired controller who worked JFK departure for years. He's now retired. Some think he is kinda a smarty pants but he was always a safety-first controller but tried to keep it light for the pilots.

Another good listen was Cactus 1549, the US Airway plane that went down in the Hudson River. Capt. Sullenberger made a perfect water landing. Great piloting and great work between the pilots and air traffic controller.
