BREAKING: Pakistan International Airlines A320 Crashes in Karachi

BREAKING: Reports have come in that a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Airbus A320, coded PK-8303, carrying 99 passengers and 8 crew members has crashed near the Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, a minute before landing. The aircraft arriving from Lahore, has crashed at the Jinnah Garden area near Model Colony in Malir.

Sources state that the aircraft lost contact with the control tower one minute before landing. The Pakistan Rangers Sindh Troops and Pakistan Army Quick Reaction Force arrived at the crash site immediately to provide aid and assist with relief and rescue efforts.

This footage shows plumes of smoke rising from the debris resulting from the crash. Ambulances and rescue officials have arrived at the site. Reports claim that four domestic houses were also destroyed in the mishap. Minister of Health & Population Welfare of Pakistan has declared emergency in all major hospitals of Karachi due to this plane crash. Currently, no details about the crash are known.

As of now, the wreckage and homes remain on fire with jet fuel, while fire fighters and military personnel are on site.
